At HYPHEN, we want you to love your skin; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring they are at least 75% full and include any promotional gifts received.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
